The bed was very firm but the pillows were of different sizes to adjust to your comfort level. "Lovely hotel in a great location. Every member of staff I spoke to was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was great. The only small things that made it a 4/5 for me was the wifi (able to connect and stream but not very fast so my phone and tablet were buffering frequently) and the noise between rooms was quite loud (I woke up in a fright the first night as I thought my neighbour flushing their toilet was someone who somehow got in my room and flushed mine lol!). But well worth a stay if these are not big issues for you."
