"We had a room overlooking the street and it was noisy, hearing the sound of people talking outside and vehicles going by despite the windows closed. My sister had a nice room overlooking the rose gardens below and the mountains. However she said she could always hear the person in the next room talking on the phone . It appears the rooms are not well insulated to block out noise. The breakfast , tho a good variety never seemed to be hot even first thing in the morning. Also the list of rules that was explained which I never had any other hotel tell me before eg making sure the sheets were not stained or else there would be a charge . And on check out we had to wait quite some time till the front desk staff radioed her staff to check the room before we were allowed to leave . Meantime our transportation driver was waiting for us . That would have been helpful if it was explained during check in that we should come down maybe 15minutes before checkout so as not to delay our departure ."

"The stay was absolutely phenomenal. This is a one of a kind stay in Sapa! They coordinate with you to plan what time to have your dinner after you are done e exploring. We stayed a few nights and honestly kept coming back to eat here because the food tasted like a real homemade meal! Some of the food in Sapa is authentic but I feel is lacking love! Food here is made with much love with all of the team being amazing. Down to even how they treat their three cats and pup! Also the bedroom service is freaking awesome. They make your bed and clean while you have breakfast (which is a made to order service, definitely add the breakfast). We didn’t add it but regretted it because we had the breakfast every single day! Then before you go to sleep they make your bed again to have a net to sleep incase any tiny harmless bugs are in the room! It’s a beautiful natural stay so it’s only right that there will be some bugs but at night it’s like the staff does everything possible to get them out of the room where we never noticed them or had any bugs/spiders in the bathroom when you wake up at night to use it. The pool and view is also worth this stay alone. Do yourself the favor and treat yourself. Say yes and the main owner here is the best. He literally helped us with everything and down to letting us leave our bags as we ended up arriving quite early. If we could this would be a 12/10. And we’ve just recently stayed at “fancy hotels” in Hanoi. This should be $500/night"

"A lot of choices for breakfast. The hotel is pretty clean as well as the room. We stayed at a family room with 2 queen beds and one full and a tub. The highlight of our stay is the staff members. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. They will give you recommendations, greet you as soon as they see you. They always give us juices or tea whenever we are in the lobby waiting for our ride. We will definitely gonna come back to this hotel. There are a lot of other hotels around the town. But the service we received from them is what’s gonna make us to come back. Also, very convenient location with a great view."

"A beautiful view that changes as the day progresses. It's such a calming experience when compared to the pace and noise of Sapa. Being walking distance from both a Hmong and a Dao village. The restaurant breakfast has an ever changing menu and you overlook the rice fields and the Lau Chai village below. We took advantage of the spa and infinity pool that were both exquisite experiences. It's pricier than many accommodations in the region but you get good value for your money."

"Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill! Overall very nice hotel for price."
