"The house rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. A lovely and traditional place near the seaside. A good place to start walks in the evening or to go shopping or dining in the city center. We would come again. "

"This property was directly on the harbor with two balconies that overlook the harbor and all the action of Chania and Elia the host gave us some fantastic recommendations for dinner and was always there for our needs. I would have no reservation booking this property if there was higher than 10 star I give it."

"This property is such a hidden gem. The staff, the property and location is simply fantastic. I definitely will be staying here again in the future. This place should be sold out 100 percent of the time. Great end to our holiday vacation trip to Greece. 5 stars and more all around."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel arranged my transfer, and the driver was super sweet – a really warm welcome to Chania. Communication was excellent as well, everything was handled smoothly via WhatsApp, which made things very easy. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Chania’s old town, so it was perfect for exploring on foot. Overall, a great stay and I would happily come back!"

"We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....

"Love this place. Beautifully decorated and very spacious room. Eventhough we are very close to the old harbour, bars, restaurants, etc, the room was Very quiet. Will definitely stay here again. Only problem is if you rented a car, not easy to find a parking space. This is because the area is very popular venue for dining"

"What an amazing find. Due to my disability, we needed somewhere to stay, that would suit my mobility issues. This place was perfect. We had the ground floor room and it was beautiful, so no stairs to climb and it did not look like an accessible room. We were greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Anna. "We loved our stay at Lagon life! The staff were excellent and went above and beyond the entire stay. The room was spotlessly clean and well kept, the private pool and balcony was gorgeous. Our position meant we had a perfect view of the sunset over Chania old town and harbour which was just perfect. We could spend the afternoon in the sun on the loungers, or the evening overlooking a beautiful view of the water and lights etc. The food was great too, a highlight being the amazing breakfast...
