"The infinity pools and grounds were well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious balcony on our oceanfront suite and the complimentary snacks in our room. Nika who provides service in the breakfast area was beyond exceptional. Knew us by name, was so personable and caring and even remembered our room number. Wow!!"

My favorite part was going to the amazing breakfast and coming back to the room to go for a nice relaxing swim! "I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. "My sister and i stay at this hotel every year ,its inproving all the time. This time had lots more chairs around the pool areas which was fabulos. The only suggestion i have this time round is they dont surply hand towels in the bathroom and when i asked for them they said only the premium rooms have them ,well we always book the deluxe lagoon pool view so i guessing thats not premium enough. In saying that is a great hotel in a great location . Thankyou so much for our stay see you next year."

The room air conditioning was great. The hotel was impeccable clean, the room cleaners were fantastic and even lined our kids soft toys on their bed each time they made up the room.
