"The place was nice and clean. The only issue is that the swimming pool and hot tubs are not on their property but another property across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tubs were closed. After a day of playing in the snow we were looking forward to the hot tubs. Probably would have stayed some place else had we known they weren't on property and not up and running. Other than that it was great."

I know Grand Lake isn’t really a big secret, but this place was right on the Boardwalk, walking distance to everything, including the Lake. I can’t wait to go back. "The location was nice and close to Winter Park ski area and tubing. The accommodations were comfortable for the most part and price was commensurate. Furniture was comfortable but dated and a bit warn. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with necessities. If you like hot tubes the one inside this condo will fit the bill. If I decide to upgrade if there is a next time but I would not hesitate to stay at this VRBO for a reasonable price."

"It's hard to come across a great property that features a king and two queen bedrooms instead of another bunk bed setup. For a group without kids this was a godsend. We all had a great time. The only uncertainty we had was checking out. When putting in the checkout code in the keypad at the end it gave a noise that sounded like an error so we questioned if it worked correctly. We didn't know if this was a system thing or not as it took about 4 attempts at check-in as well before the code worked...

"Baby got sick the first night. Pull out couch was horrible. I needed to sleep with her because of fever and non stop crying… the couch mattress was so bad I had to sleep on the floor. My husband said the queen bed was terrible. We left after the first night, which was not your fault but could not be Tortured with another sick night in those conditions. $640 out of my pocket to be very uncomfortable. The property was clean but in no way okay for 4 people, little alone 3. Honestly would not go...

"The properly was clean and well kwpt however the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and very old. Honestly, this could’ve been a five star experience had the beds not been so incredibly uncomfortable for everyone in our party in three different rooms.
