"We had a terrific stay in this garden home. The home is beautifully decorated with all of the necessary supplies. Having a golf cart made traveling to the beach and pools very easy. Our host, Clay was easy to contact and responded quickly to our needs."

"The location, private dock to the beach, pool and hot tub were all amazing. The view from inside the house is also incredible. The kitchen is pretty outdated and the living room furniture is pretty old. My biggest complaint is the sheets on the bed were just awful. The cheapest sheets you can buy on Amazon would be 10 times more comfortable than the sheets on the bed. Could use some extra blankets in the house as well."

"Wow, when we walked into the property everyone was impressed. The owner supplied everything we needed. Not only was the view great, the property was great and the communication between us and the owner was fabulous. A fabulous stay. Book it, you won't be sorry. Oh, and close to some really good golf courses and entertainment"

"This condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend staying here. The area was nice, safe and clean. We loved the view of the beach and easy access to the beach from our room. The property managers were very pleasant to work with."

"Villa is cute, eclectic and clean. We were woken up VERY early with at least 10 people on our roof, banging, hammering and yelling. The really bad news is that we had no idea they were going to be re-roofing the building and they threw roof materials all over our car. Not happy. Communication about this renovation was non-existent."

"Overall an awesome place to stay. The toilet bowls were dirty when we got there and several dead gnats on the kitchen counter but very minimal dirtiness. Have stayed at this property before and definitely would stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The place was well appointed with everything we needed, including various kitchen and bath supplies. It was helpful to have the beach wagon and sand toys as well. Checkin and out was easy and the one issue we had with a smoke detector needing replaced was handled seamlessly without any inconvenience to us. We would definitely recommend this property."

"We love staying at Pelicans Landing. The owner was an excellent host, communicated with us throughout our stay, and the unit had everything we needed. The views are spectacular and just steps from the beach."

"Very convenient place to stay. Very nicely furnished. Easy walk to beach. Would recommend this unit. We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit."

"The room was spacious and very clean. It was stocked with everything you need (towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, bar soap, make up remover towelettes, dish soap, sponge, extra garbage bags ect. The kitchen is fully stocked too. Bueatiful view of the ocean off the balcony. We had a great stay!"

"Loved the accomodations, room was perfect and very clean. Did not like having to pay to park in the building provided for the hotel parking, there isn't an option. Fees are questionable. Otherwise it's a beautiful property w/great employees."
