Good location, very close to the Shinagawa Station. From checking in to checking out, everything was good. The staff were helpful. Definitely will come back again.

Tachikawa; a major train - subway stop, is shoppers paradise, most accessible via skywalks so not have to cross streets or traffic. There are plenty of food choices inside and out of buildings. There is even a modern sky monorail to LaLaport mall.
