"It took 50 minutes to check in, a long line, and not enough staff. When I was leaving, the elevators were full, so after 5 minutes I walked down with my luggage. I understand they had a big group, but if they are having one, they should be prepared."

"The property was clean and the staff was polite, but I was disappointed that I was placed in an accessible room even though I did not request one. I asked if another room was available and was told the hotel was fully booked. While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking. Other than that, the property itself was decent and well maintained."

"Sorry we didn’t have breakfast there and we kept waking up because of the elevator it was right next to our room and you can hear the brakes stop when the elevator stopped if we do stay there again we would have to get a room far away from the elevator. "

"Check in staff tried charging me again for the room, and argued about it. Mold in the heat/AC unit vents. Excrement stains in the toilet and pills on the floor between the wall and bed. Oh, there were several clogged toilets on our floor."

"We have stayed here in the past but place has gone down hill. Room had musty odors and tub had dirty ring around it. We arrived at 2:30 pm but clerk made us sit in lobby for 15 minutes before we were allowed to check in. I am aware check in is at 3 but never had to wait if I was a little early. Unacceptable. Breakfast was barely average. Small area with little to recommend. Overall stay was disappointing. "
