"Breakfast room being remodeled and was closed. This was not disclosed in the property condition. Some breakfast items were available in the very small office for carry-out. Pillows are horrible"

"The bathroom had wallpaper coming off, the mirrors were streaking, the room with the ice machine was littered with dirty linens- even under the machine, the elevator doors were so dirty, the pool was like ice cubes. The Lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly. It just felt like once you leave the lobby it’s a completely different hotel- more like a motel where you pay by the hour. "
