仕事で泊まるだけだったのでビジネスホテルと同じ広さでしたがとても綺麗でした。 壁は薄いので隣の方の音はめちゃ聞こえます。 今回立地ではなく温泉メインで決めたので 広い温泉にはとても満足しています。 気持ち良かったです！ ただ携帯電波が入らない。 山側だからなのか、 auもSoftBankも一本しか立たず ポケットwifiは死んでました（ ; ; ） もちろんホテルのfree Wi-Fiはあるのですが 基本フリーには繋げないので困りました。 これがなければめちゃくちゃ満足度高いです。 あと事前チェックインスタイルを 取っていたので申し込みをしたのに フロントでは住所を手書きせねばならず 必須項目ならシステム上でそこを入力しないと 完了できないようにシステム変更しておいた方が無駄がないです。 なんのための事前チェックインなんだとあの場で思いました。 スタッフの方の親切度は差が激しいですが殆どの方が優しかったです。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。スタッフの方たちの対応もよく、また泊まりたいと思いました。 個室で宿泊したのですが、アマプラやネトフリを見れてよかったです。朝ごはんもコシヒカリとても美味しかったです♪

非常に快適な滞在でした。

　全てにおいて温泉に宿泊客が温泉宿で何を求めているか心づくしが尽くされている印象を受けました。 　車での移動でなかったのですがJR線田上駅からの送迎も柔軟に対応してもらえました。最上階の露店風呂からの景色も素晴らしく。特に晴天時の夕暮れ時に山の稜線に隠れる夕日を眺めながらお風呂に入るのは格別でした。 　私が宿泊した部屋には無料で使える結構しっかりしたマッサージチェアがあり、温泉と相まって本当に身体のこりがほぐれました。 　料理でもアレルギーや苦手な食材を避けることに対応してもらえ、新潟の美味しい食事、お酒も堪能しました。 　新しい卓球台があったこともポイント高いです。

スタッフの意識改革を

スタッフの接客に対する意識に温度差がある。誠意や熱意、おもてなしの気持ちが微塵も感じられないスタッフの対応は、宿の魅力を半減させてしまって残念極まりない。 温泉施設はとても良かったです。
