Need improvement: 1.) The shower faucet is not clean 2.) Wifi from 2pm until 6pm is very slow 3.) You need to bring toothpaste and toothbrush because its not included in the complimentary 4.) 리조트같은 곳은 아닙니다 시내에 있고요 해상 레저를 즐기시려면 팡라오쪽으로 잡으시고 정말 이 지역 이 나라의 특성과 육지 여행을 하고 싶으시면 정말 좋은 위치입니다. 주위에 큰 몰들이 많은데 걸어서 충분히 갈 수있는 위치이기 때문입니다. 시설은 이방 저방 써봐서 가격대비 이 시내안에서는 좋은 편입니다. 직원분들도 잘 대처해 주십니다.

Very Nice In Town Hotel

Great Location, Economical, Good Wi Fi and Air/Con… Good size room… The Hotel Staff is outstanding,,, ask them for any assistance, they will be glad to help you…. No Restaurant , No pool, No Elevator just for your info. Easy walk to most everything, Close to the Airport. 10 minute trike ride. Many restaurants and shopping near by… 25 minute trike ride to Panglao, Alona Beach Area which is starting to be like a mini Boracay but not as nice….. if you want that atmosphere.. My second stay and enjoyed again.

A cozy, accessible place to stay in the city

Our check in time was 12 but we got there a tad bit earlier and we had an itinerary to follow. Early check in wasn't allowed because our room was still being cleaned. But they kindly took in our luggage and told us we would be good to go later on that night when we returned. The staff members were very nice and accommodating. The walls were surrounded by beautiful paintings done by the locals. The manor was very peaceful, the room was clean, ac working well, free wifi, cable TV provided, and a heater in the shower. Lots of pros for a place with low rates. My only con would be that it was quite warm in the lobby. There was no ac and the fan wasn't turned on.

This is my Third visit. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. A little noisy as i was facing the street but not too bad. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Gute Lage und guter Service - unbequeme Betten

Das Hotel ist ein an einer gut befahrenen Straße, wodurch Mitfahrgelegenheiten problemlos möglich sind. Shoppingmalls sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Schaumstoffmatrazen sind für meinen Geschmack etwas billig, aber für ein paar Tage auszuhalten. Und vielleicht sind andere Zimmer als das Standard mit besseren bestückt.

立地は良い徒歩圏にスーパー、モール、レストラン、ディスコがありました。 スタッフは年配の女性のみフレンドリー。 とにかく古い、部屋は広いがエアコン古くうるさい、ベット固く掛け布団ペラペラ、テレビ古く映りが悪い、アメニティーはタオル二枚のみ、一番最悪はシャワー室内は汚く水圧は10段階で例えるなら1、 総合的に寝るだけの安宿。

モール、商店街、ジープ乗り場等、歩いて数分の距離にあり非常に便利な立地である。部屋も清潔に清掃されていた。お湯の出はまあまあである。

A bit below average

Pretty basic place - breakfast wasn't too exciting, preferred going to dunkin donuts down the street ;) receptionist was helpful (one of them). They worked with one agency for renting motorbikes, which ran out of one's when we were there, so we ended up renting one from who turned out to be a random person pretty much, and we had some problems with the bikes. Would look for a different place if we'll ever get to Bohol again, though overall was OKish
