"Really neat property in a unique area surrounded by bush. House is very comfortable and open - older style but very good. Saw a morepork at night and heard kiwi's. Kids really enjoyed exploring around the area. Candy also goes out of her way to make you welcome. A really good place."

"Perfect property for a large family birthday celebration, this is a very well set up home and has the most beautiful views out to the harbour and sand dunes , the weather was perfect and the deck was well used over the entire stay!We had a lovely weekend away together and highly recommend this property for the home and the location. "

"Such an amazing spot! The home was perfect for what my family and I needed. Very hot upstairs but the fans helped. The listing says maximum of 6 but the home could easily sleep 10. Great stay! Thank you."

"We like to find different and if possible unique places of accommodation on our travels and the carriage house full filled that brief exceedingly well. It's the whole package that's unique and the only way to discover this is to book it and discover for yourself. Other reviews will give you a clue. "A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail."
