"Older property showing its age. Was reasonably clean though an old slipper was found under the bed. Bathroom very small, no tub. No hooks for hanging clothes and there were 2 clothes hangers. Breakfast was very sparse and available for exactly 1 hour. We skipped it. Nice view but not great from the second floor harbor view window."

"Lovely property on the Siltcoos Lake. Comfortable swing for a relaxing read, nap or just enjoying the view. Will definitely stay again next time visiting Florence and rent the kayaks to explore the lake. Room with kitchenette and sitting area was spacious."

"We really enjoyed our stay and loved the place. Especially the kayaks, the quietness, and all the homey features. The cottagey, beachy feel was great. Puzzles for the kids. Family friendly. Hot Tub was great. The covered/barn area with the BBQ grill was perfect for grilling up steaks. The out door table and chairs were perfect and lots of room. If there would have been rain we still could have BBQ'd outside and moved the dining into the barn. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. They provided three kayaks, and 2 canoes, paddles, life jackets, everything. The trip out on the kayaks from the private dock to the ocean was amazing, peaceful, & tranquil. We took turns jumping off the ledge of the dam into the water below at the dam portage spot. Great fun!!!! We will be back next summer."
