"Nothing to add from all these great reviews. I can only echo the comments already made: location, view & water pressure–all awesome! The owner is great to deal with. Bring water shoes for rocky lake bottom. Updates are NOT needed & would put price out of my range. The place is great value as is. Home is clean, comfortable and lived-in which is a plus if you have kids. Kitchen, dining & deck all on 2nd story which you might need to consider if you have older guests. "

Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. "This Lake Tahoe Chalet was perfect for our family. It was a very short walk to town for shops, groceries, restaurants, and most importantly Lake Tahoe!* The house was very peaceful and quiet making our stay very relaxing.* It is very spacious, clean, and well appointed with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable.* The house stays remarkably cool and comfortable inside during the warmer days of July.* Our dogs loved sitting on the deck with us and going to the nearby dog park.* The garage was also a very nice touch with direct entry into the house, so no worries about bears.* Communication with our host Carrol was very helpful and timely. * We were very sad to leave, but we are already planning our next trip back!* Thanks to Carrol for opening her beautiful home to us for a wonderful vacation :)"
