"Shower area : drainage was very slow. Water builds up like a pond when you shower. Staff was helpful to come in for a quick fix which helps. However, the issue doesn’t go away. Room is clean in general, decor is sleek and modern with minimal style. However, for my longer stay, I wish there’s at least a small dresser with couple drawers for wardrobe so I don’t have to live in my suitcase."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room was small but very clean. Most of the time, you didn't see the staff, but they were there immediately when you needed help. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, such as Ms. Mira. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. It's a two-star hotel, but all the services and facilities are better than a three-star hotel. At this price, I've never seen a better hotel; it's absolutely excellent value for money! For sure come back again for my next trip in Hong Kong. Please note : they have 9F and 6F, higher would be better!"
