The view was amazing and the staff was always so helpful. They also have a coin laundry. We made sure to use EVERYTHING to our convenience. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful stay! "Wonderful hotel choice, less than 10 minute walk to Kyoto station. Quiet area but walkable to many shops and food options. Loved the public bath option. The staff was great and helped with our luggage transfer. We did not include the breakfast option and it was a bit overpriced at around $30 usd per person. "

"My only complaint is that the bath had mould around the edges and the squirter jet in the toilet was dirty."

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. The hotel is new and clean. We got the room with 4 twin beds and it was great for our family to have our own beds. The bathroom is also spacious. The onsen was great!! It has 3 tubs with different temperatures with lots of shower space. The locker room was big and has a few vanity areas. The laundry has 4 machines but we still had to wait for our turn but it was not too bad. The hotel has direct access to the train station which is nice. The lower floors has a few restaurants to choose from which is great! There’s also some activities you can do at the main floor and they also sell snacks. The hotel is right beside a 7-Eleven which was very convenient."

"This hotel is great for the price. My booking came with breakfast and dinner included. The food was pretty good. Breakfast is buffet and dinner is a choice of two set menus, plus a salad bar. The room I had was ok. I know people say the rooms are small but I found it fine. A double bed, sofa, table for TV etc. the bathroom was a bit small but it was fine. The hallways leading from the lift to the rooms are open (to a certain degree) there is a central open core running up through the building which is open but in October it was fine. It might be cold in the winter. All in all I had a nice stay here and would stay here again."
