Our room was immaculate and tastefully appointed with Japanese design elements, including sliding doors, futon-style beds, and a beautiful wooden bath area. The complimentary noodle service at night was a delightful surprise—a comforting, delicious bowl of ramen that made the evenings feel extra special. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes made with high-quality ingredients. "The check in experience was easy and though it wasn’t too difficult to get to the property was more out of the way than expected for where we were going. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, but the room size was huge and having a washer and dryer on site was very handy. "

"Great location as it’s just steps from the main Kyoto Station, Don Quiote, and Aeon Mall. Being on the south side of the station means a bit less hussle and bussle, easier to access. It is much quieter and less foot traffic. The room was very clean and spacious for our family. Multiple floors for laundry was a definite great add-on for us (and even a tv channel dedicated to monitoring the laundry machines vacancy). Definitly recommend and would stay again in the future."

"It's not walking distance to many of the places we visited, but it's very close to train and bus access. Even though it wasn't walking distance to many places, I would still stay here again. The space and the comfort in the room outweighed the location. Was also glad that there was a mall with several food choices across the street for the days we didn't want to take a bus ride out."
