The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The onsen was a delightful experience. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, and it was excellent with reasonable prices. I highly recommend staying here while traveling!"

"The rooms were immaculate and large. Very happy with how comfortable the beds were. The public bath (women) was a wonderful experience. The pubic baths were very clean and well-maintained. I used the washer/dyers twice without issue. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel offers free umbrella use if you notice rain as you exit the main entrance/exit. In an amazing location near Kyoto Station but far enough away to avoid the crowds coming/going from the station. Highly recommend staying here! "
