"The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to point out that the cleaning team is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. "El hotel muy limpio aunque a veces sentí un olor fuerte pero ni se puede describir , el personal muy atento . El servicio en el restaurante , los empleados muy amables y trataron de entendernos todo el tiempo pero tuve una experiencia no tan agradable la jefa de servicio en la noche del restaurante, que aunque no había terminado , casi obligado tuve que ir a pagar el servicio a la caja . Un momento desagradable pero no todo puedes ser excelente . El desayuno tienen buena variedad . El área de grocery o el café bar lo cierran muy temprano y lo abren muy tarde ."

"The hotel was very nice and clean and very modern feeling. It was a bit far away and remote from the city center of Taichung, so there isn’t a whole lot to do around the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating in terms of holding our luggage, but unfortunately the night I was there, there wifi didn’t work and the TV also didn’t have any channels working. I did address it with the staff, but unfortunately they were not able to fix it for that day."
