最差勁住宿體驗

大馬路噪音極大，嚴重影響睡眠，過度隔間，隔音差，房間滿是煙臭味，感覺前一住客是吸毒犯之流，未提供車位，最差住宿體驗！

如果只是將就住一晚勉強可以接受。

房間的裝潢老舊，沙發破損，地毯髒污，浴室多處霉斑，完全不符合房間價格。 雖然是禁煙旅館，但浴室有很重的菸味。向服務台反應後，雖很快地以臭氧機處理，但必須離開房間約30分鐘，無法好好休息。而且據服務生的說法似乎不是第一次有這種狀況。 唯一的優點是熱水很足夠。

床底下有瓶蓋跟不知道哪時候住宿留下的大梳子，等到退房才打來詢問是不是我們留下的。都不知道打掃人員到底有沒有認真打掃。地板也看起來有點髒我們都不敢光腳在上面走。房間隔音也很差。

예약앱에서 볼 수있는 사진과는 달리 시설이 노후된 상태가 많이 다릅니다. 잠은 잘오는데, 물은 잘나오지않았고( 동료가 묵었던 방은 잘나왔다고 하는데..) 벽지에 무언가 묻었던 흔적으로 기분이 좋지 않았습니다

洗澡水壓不足，在寒冷的冬天你只能選擇用冷水洗澡，要不然就是極小水量的熱水。 續住第二天，完全沒清潔，浴室把用過的毛巾收走，但沒補新的毛巾，房間的垃圾有清，但廁所的垃圾沒清。床完全沒整理。

雖然商務旅館原本就不能跟飯店的服務來相比，但該有的服務還是要有吧！這次預訂兩晚的住宿，第一天出門前還特別按了打掃房間的按鈕，但回來一看完全沒有動過，垃圾沒有收、瓶裝水沒有補浴巾也沒換。到櫃台反應才拿到浴巾，瓶裝水櫃台則說沒有了，我問：那什麼時侯會補，櫃台則說：不會有喔！需要的話自己要帶容器到一樓飲水機裝水喝。再反應服務鈕的問題，居然回應那個鈕他們是沒有在看的，要事先跟櫃台講才有。到底是標示在那裏，誰知道啊！整個傻眼，同時間還有別的房客在反應枕頭不夠的問題。今天我們是花8000塊住這兩晚而不是800塊，經營者你要省你的人事成本，但不要偷走客人的權益。這次的住宿感覺真的很差。
