The concierge staff is so great, helping us arrange transport and save us lots of money. They really treat you as friends and family.

This is a nice 3 star place in the mountains. Designed for wedding pictures our couples to take scenic pictures. It was clean, warm water, and nice staff. English was limited but enough. Great morning breakfast!

We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

This hotel has the most beautiful view of Sun Moon Lake. In the morning the reflection of the surrounding mountain range peaking thru the mist is breath-taking. The facility is outstanding, as is the staff. The atmosphere is laid back and soothing, the spa is fabulous, & the pool picture perfect. The hotel is fabulous for adults, although ok for families, not sure there is much to recommend for children.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !

A beautiful air B&N but very hard to get to. Tour buses are not allowed to park near the community. It's a long uphill walk (with stairs) from the parking lot to the facility.

Both restaurants served delicious food. The service staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely make another trip. Both pools were wonderful, and the family play room was perfect for children of all ages. Lots of activities for the entire family. Also enjoyed the night performances by the fireplace.

Great stay. We loved the lake view from our balcony. We had a king bed executive room that is a large mini suite (American) standard. Hugh bed that was more than comfortable. Bathroom has a big Japanese style soaking tub with big window facing the lake. Nice sunrise that you can see from you bed. Staff was wonderful and can speak English in the front desk. Free bike to use as we can see the bike path around most of the lake from our balcony. Good easy hiking trail to town. We preferred hotel in...
