"We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed. "Great Stays for Family !! I booked the Plaza Deluxe Family Room and had a wonderful experience. I stored my luggage with the hotel until my next check-in, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room for both bookings! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure to note all my requests. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk through MOKO Mall from Mong Kok East MTR Station, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay for families, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"
