"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights with our baby and enjoyed it very much. It is close to Durbuy in a quiet neighborhood. The parking is right beside the building. We only missed a kettle in the house. And when you don't have any experience operating a pallet heater it may be difficult to maintain the chosen temperature.. However we would like to come back to this practical apartment. We definitely recommend this place."

"This was a bit of a scam. I noticed a comment before about a client being asked to change hotels because of roadworks at the location but assumed that was a special circumstance. The day before we got a phone call from the landlord telling us the same story - that we would not be able to sleep because of the construction noise (we reserved the room for a Saturday night). But he assured us he had a better location in the centre. As we were there for a big event, we had no choice. The "better"...
