The rooftop views are great! The rooms are clean and staff were all very nice and helpful. Close to MRT and many shopping centers, restaurants, etc...I will stay here again.

床與枕頭超硬

位置很方便 但看得出是老旅社 整體維持還不錯 房間內部地板不平 床與枕頭都非常硬 很不好睡 但 都算乾淨 服務前檯對於網路入住的確認 明顯能力不足 當天check-in 對身份證就先說沒有資料 後來又說應該有 都是預先已經扣款的預訂 隔天一早還說沒有扣款 要我補房費 幸好我有信用卡扣款資訊 整個綜合感受就是網路預訂業務非常不熟悉 想想也對 這種小房間 很有鐘點房的感覺 或許 不會有人在乎吧！

While the room and facility were decent, it is an old building. It did have a little smell when you first enter your room. The remote control of the AC did not work. The room was clean but a little small. Although it is only 10-min walk from train station, it is not close to any night market or shopping centre. They provided a set breakfast at 9am to your room with sandwich and fruits.

環境簡單，唯一想建議非乾溼分離的浴室起碼加個浴簾，但整潔度是很可以的，床的軟硬也適中，個人習慣睡偏硬一點的，但正點的床也不是會陷下去那種，最讚賞的就是習慣高枕的我看到枕頭有點低打電話問能不能在一顆枕頭，一般來說無論飯店或商旅無論有沒有都不太會給，還是第一次真正要到願意給枕頭的住宿大加分，門鎖是一般喇叭鎖但有安全鎖還是挺安心的，雖然感覺有點年紀的旅館但還有的環境跟服務都沒少，附贈的早餐也好吃會送到房間，有機會會在選擇這間❤️

離高鐵/捷運站蠻近的，工作人員很親切，早餐很豐富，有三明治、牛奶、水果還有果凍。隔音稍微差一點，會聽到外面的聲音，但是看個人感覺，自己覺得還可以接受。

隔音設備差，住在後面剛好是打掃的器材放置處，還可以聽到講話聲，且大樓味道不好聞，房內拖鞋沙沙的，不然其實離車站很近，而且較便宜，剛好是這次耶誕城卡娜赫拉的對面

誤訂了房間 沒有通知 到當天下午客服才打電話 因為不知道自己有訂房而且在上課也沒有接到電話 晚上才知道有訂房 詢問客服可不可以有替代方案 或是取消 客服小姐態度有夠差 沒有入住想說既然沒有替代方案也是要付費了 就請他們幫忙留早餐 客服竟然還要問問 不知道什麼心態 客人沒有入住 空房 也是收費 你們隨時能轉賣 那取早餐有什麼困難？
