Everything was perfect except there is no hot pot and enough water and ice. Extra hot water and ice get at the 2nd floor though the staff. However, the housekeeping lady is very kind and friendly. Love to visit again.

hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Taipe main station , hotel staff is very friendly and helpful , breakfast is good, there is 24/7 bar options that is very nice, the only thing I think can be better is the room size that was small.

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to dining area , shopping area, metro. However , hopefully the facilities can renew a bit , the facilities in the room was controlled by a iPad which was kind of slow, some how the light will shut down even i didnt press anything , the touch panel of the door was really slow too. The staffs were very nice thought, they are helpful whenever you need them.

The citizenM is a very hip and trendy hotel. Great location, walking distance to great eating, shopping and the main train station. The breakfast was very nice and the bar was well stocked but very COLD!
