Everything was perfect except there is no hot pot and enough water and ice. Extra hot water and ice get at the 2nd floor though the staff. However, the housekeeping lady is very kind and friendly. Love to visit again.

hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Taipe main station , hotel staff is very friendly and helpful , breakfast is good, there is 24/7 bar options that is very nice, the only thing I think can be better is the room size that was small.

The citizenM is a very hip and trendy hotel. Great location, walking distance to great eating, shopping and the main train station. The breakfast was very nice and the bar was well stocked but very COLD!
