My overall experience with this property is Great. There was just one mishap - they checked me in at the wrong room and asked me to move the next day. They put me in their deluxe balcony room instead of their regular balcony room. It was no big deal but still an inconvenience. I appreciated the meal vouchers and the restaurant options - all were delicious!

Everything is efficient. Helpful staff. Room and bathroom is clean. The only not so good thing is I got a roommate coughing throughout night, then I heard air con a bit noisy and the car pass by occasionally, ear plug could help.

This ‘double room with balcony’ was very small, the lumpy bed was wedged between walls, there was no closet or hand towels, no 110v outlet, there was a foul odor, there was poor lighting and chipped paint, and overall quality was very poor. We left immediately to stay in a much nicer hotel nearby.
