Exceedingly convenient to get to, just minutes away from exit Z2 of Taipei Main Station (or exit Z4 if you need the elevator). Located on the 19th floor of the building, the hotel offers spacious rooms, a lounge with microwave oven, fridge, sink, and water dispenser, as well as a laundry room with free-to-use washer and dryer. I have no complaints about the room at all - a large bed, three chairs, ample storage space, a clear TV, and a decent bathroom with a tub. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and I would choose this again next time I'm in Taipei.

Good location but a bit run down

The location is great, just across from Taipei Main Station and easy access to lots of F&B and convenient stores. Room size was big and it had all the in room amenities needed. However the corridors and rooms were a bit run down.

I’m really satisfied with this hotel! Stuff’s behavior are so good.when I asked a place to eat breakfast , she answered the good restraint and I could enjoy the meals! Stuff can use English and Japanese so i don’t have to concerns about communications!

Only 2 things I like to mention it.. 1. The carpet is too old and dirty total worn out with uneven carpet padding easy to trip on it. 2. The bathroom has no cloth hangers can only put clothes on top on the toilet very inconvenient, other than that I was pretty much enjoy to stay.

Tried very much to like them but so many issues occured. Tried to check in early but our room was not ready yet so we came back at 3:15pm (check in time was 3pm). We were told our room was still not ready for another 20 mins by a rude staff. We were also not told about the lounge area until after a day there. Upon entering the room, there was a puddle on the floor next to the fridge. When we alerted the staff, they said it was not from a fridge leak but leftover cleaning solution from earlier. Our room wifi never worked and when asked the staff told us to use another room's wifi since the pw's are similar. This is the hardest bed I have ever slept on (for reference, we had 3 other hotels in Taiwan prior to this one) - like a floor (no joke). In the 2 days we stayed there, the cleaning folks did not remove some trash in the bathtub and the fridge was left ajar. I tried to make use of the free laundry there - started a load in the washer at 9pm when there was no other washer or dryer machines in use. When I returned at 10pm, all 3 dryers were in use for 1 hour and I was unable to dry my clothes before the laundry closed at 11p. Found some non hotel guests from other floors were using the machines. On the last night there, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall. The only redeeming factors of this place were the strong water pressure, location so close to main station MRT, and some nice staff who arranged an airport shuttle for us. Otherwise very disappointing.
