退房時遺漏了太陽眼鏡，老闆很熱心地幫忙寄回，真的揪甘心 早餐是麥當勞的餐券，大人孩子很開心，有機會會再入住

非常好的房主

房主非常熱情，會好好跟你介紹好吃好玩的東西。早餐是餐卷，很彈性很方便。室內非常乾淨！還有車庫能停車。下次還會選擇這個溫馨的小家^^

與我接洽的的是一位很親切的大姐姐，這一次的體驗相當的棒，家具用品都非常的新，而且乾淨度非常的高，姐姐還問我隔天的早餐想要吃什麼，只是很可惜因為我要去看熱氣球，所以就婉拒了，還有機會到達台東我相信我還是會選擇合益民宿

民宿主人的推薦景點不錯(民宿主人推薦的富山復魚區是我們最喜歡的景點)，讓初次到台東旅遊的我們，可以更有經濟效益地遊玩，認為有兩個點可以加強 1. 浴室由於沒有乾濕分離，其地板材質較滑，建議可以加上止滑墊或相關設施。 2. 由於到台東出遊，肯定需要租汽車或機車等交通工具，若能協助每個房客的停車問題，則可讓整體住宿體驗更好。 整體住宿感覺不錯，真的是物美價廉，推薦大家可以多多考慮喔~

Clean Hotel close to Town

オーナーの優しさに触れる民宿

ドミトリーに２泊しました。英語での疎通も問題ありません。フロントはありませんので、事前に連絡が必要です。FacebookまたはホームページにLINE IDがあり、私はLINEでやり取りしました。最寄りのコンビニは中華路のセブンイレブンです（すぐ近くにもローカルな便利屋があります）朝食はマクドナルドのクーポンでサンドイッチまたはマフィンとドリンクのセットです。ホテル近くの中華路及び漢陽北路に朝食屋・飲み屋がたくさんあります。オススメは中華路の李家園刀削麵（私は牛肉刀削麵を食べましたが、人気は刀削炒麵のようです）です。台東駅からはタクシーで１５分ほど250台湾ドル程度です。旧台東駅（市の中心部）までは自転車で１０分弱です。知本温泉行きのバスがホテル近くの中華路にある東豊バス停から乗車できます。 ドミトリーに泊まったにも関わらずオーナーが本当に優しくとてもいい滞在となりました。リビングのテーブルにもこれまでの宿泊者からのお礼が残されており、オーナーがいかに旅行者に優しいかを物語っています。

方便乾淨舒適服務好的民宿

由於所在位置到晚上較昏暗，民宿有加裝許多防盜鎖及監視器，安全較無疑慮，房間舒適乾淨，整體CP質高，對於旅遊相關資訊也給予充分建議，服務品質很好，民宿老闆娘待人相當親切，大推薦！！！

CP超值的民宿!真的無可挑剔

房子比自己家還豪華，房間整個無敵乾淨又舒適！雙人床也很夠我們一家三口睡！房間就像自己的房間一樣大間，重點是～～～隔音效果超好！！！我老公一進來就說，我找住宿的功力真的很勵害！離市區雖然有點小小小的距離（大約１０分鐘車程，坐計程車大約１６０元），不過我們開車，所以其實也非常方便！老闆跟老闆娘人也都很好，還會附上一張台東市區的地圖給你～也會很熱心的跟我們講解～超NICE!!!

Enjoy the living atmosphere of eastern Taiwan.

I stayed at this home for three days. The couple owners were friendly and very passionate to guide me about the most visited spots in this area. This was a townhouse style home build with concrete wall and polished quartz floor and maintained cleanly. I definitely will choose this homestay if I have the revisited chance here.
