Place for a one night stay not a journey. Very clean but minimally furnished. Very noisy, the building resonates so much that I could even her people entering the building from the third floor.

The map and description says city centre - this property is 5km away by the train station way out in a remote part of town with no restaurants, 25 yuan ride to the city centre, a long long journey. Don’t miss the last bus either otherwise taxis beckon. I wrote to the owner to complain after dragging my backpack into town and then having to go back to the train station to locate this place, he didn’t write back.

The area around the property was terrible and felt incredibly unsafe. Cleanliness was highly questionable and the whole place reeked. It’s not properly run as well as there was no front desk and the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive when I requested for a refund. I did not get any money back. This place was a total letdown and shouldn’t be operational in the first place.

台東漫遊

離火車站走路十分鐘，離公車站3分鐘。位置非常方便。洗澡水壓很大很舒服。雙人房的房間空間很夠，可以攤開兩個大行李箱。房間燈光很亮。美中不足就是沒有全身鏡、隔音差了點。

今年二月一個人到台東旅遊選擇京棧興盛民宿，被安排得房間非常滿意，有大大的落地窗還有房間非常大間，一個人住超級完美! 因為這樣的經驗，讓我對民宿印象很好。可是，八月再次到台東旅遊，一樣選擇京棧民宿，因不同房型，有不同的感覺，有點小失望，不過整體感還可以。
