Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo. We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. Clean , good service and great location

This hotel is close by Senso-ji temple and various subway lines. The area around the hotel is usually quiet and they have a cafe with a store inside. Overall, not bad.

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze.
