"The hotel is great, room is big for Japanese standards and the bathroom is the best feature. Staff is very helpful, they all speak English so it is easy to communicate. The amenities, breakfast, etc., are simply great. Yes, it’s a great modern hotel right by the beach in a wonderful town. I wish we had stayed longer, it is worth staying for 2 weeks or even longer if you like the beach, surfer Hawaiian style."

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku

"The Knot was clean, well located, and has a great bakery in the lobby! It was great as a first place to stay for me and my two friends. The room is small, but we expected that. The lobby and second floor offer extra places to sit and eat outside of the room which was great! Staff in the lobby were always very pleasant and helpful. The bakery in the lobby offers well priced baked goods and bagel sandwiches as well. There’s a Family Mart just down the street that we enjoyed visiting and taking our items to eat in the park across the street. Shinjuku station is about 15-20 mins from the hotel, but there’s a closer subway stop and even closer bus stop that we used more often. I would recommend looking into airport shuttle services if you’re arriving from Narita as arriving to Shinjuku station can be overwhelming for first time visitors in Japan. I would recommend the Knot as a place to stay! It always felt safe and clean."

Tracks room had great view and the complimentary daily mocktails were a nice touch. Is slightly difficult to find on first visit but if you head to the tracks exit you'll find it."

"This hotel was a 3.5 stars. 1. This hotel is incredibly close to Shibuya station. It was on the less busy side which was a pro to me but still so easy to walk to different neighborhoods each day when I didn’t want to subway. It felt that everything (restaurants, shopping, etc) was near me and attainable which is great when staying in a completely new city. 2. The hair products were Refa (another pro - this is like Asian Dyson), however this contrasts not having in bathroom moisturizer or other typical amenities. While they were all available downstairs in the lobby, you have you use tiny packets of lotion which felt so far on the other side of the spectrum. 3. While the room does have a tiny kitchen and laundry, there was no where to hang the laundry to dry and so we had clothes hanging all over our room for days. Last - the beds and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. Hard as a rock with paper thin sheets that made you sweat overnight."

"La verdad estuve un poco dudosa con algunos de los comentarios que hicieron sobre el area de llegada al hotel, asi como el tren que pasa constantemente. Personalmente me encanto, primera vez en Tokyo y queria estar en medio de la accion del Shibuya Crossing. El hotel esta cerca de todo, Miyashita Park es un Centro Comercial basicamente al lado del hotel, donde ademas del shopping, puedes cambiar dinero, hacer el proceso de devolucion de impuestos o comer en una variedad de restaurantes o en el food court. Tambien frente al Miyashita Park hay una estacion del metro. Habia leido que el personal era descortes, pero a mi me atendieron de las mil maravillas, todos chicos jovenes. Para estancias largas no hacen el aseo todos los dias. Nunca comi en el hotel porque me iba desde temprano a los tours, asi que no puedo opinar. Tienen una cafeteria tipo Starbucks en lobby. En general buena experiencia con el hotel, me encanto la zona por lo que volveria con los ojos cerrados."
