The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. "とにかく外観がボロボロで気味が悪い。廊下も電気がついていないので、自分の部屋の番号がうまく見えない（廊下の電気のスイッチは自分で見つけてつけた）。あと、wifiが古くてセキュリティーが心配。そして、全然繋がらない。さらに、アメニティーに歯ブラシが無い（これはゲストハウスでは普通なのか？）。本当に必要最低限のみを求める人には最適。値段はまあまあ安いが、個人的には値段未満の価値しか感じなかった。"

"Beautiful room, traditional with tatami mat.great size for our family of 4… towels were changed every day; beds were comfy, room was quiet; staff were very helpful. Microwave and refrigerator were a plus, did not need to use the stove, hot water kettle was useful! Restaurants nearby, close to Ikebukuro Station. Loved our 7 day stay, wished we could stay longer!"
