"This is a great place for one person. If youre an American like me, these rooms are so small you have to step outside just to change your mind. One side of the very small, rock hard bed, is against the wall. The staff is very noce and accomidating, and the location is in a working class neighborhood, Kamata, which has two train stations with similar names. We stayed for a week after a cruise and were very happy with the ease of use with trains. Great area for cheap shopping and food. There is a nigiri joint right across the street that servesbexcellent food made fresh."

"To find the hotel, please make sure to go into the station and go to the 10th floor!! Took us a while to figure that one out. Once we got past that, this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, fresh and available on time. There were coffee, tea, laundry, water and room service amenities. The room was spacious and clean. Being in the same spot as the train station was also very convenient. "

"the evening ramen is a great touch as are the popsicles and probiotic drinks provided. Onsen bath facilities are also great. a little bit of a challenging trek from Metro stations if you have a lot of large luggage but otherwise this hotel is a great choice."

"The room we had was dated. Decor probably from the 80s. There was also a hole on the wall and my headboard had some strange smear that I didn't want to question. The staff however are wonderful and the breakfast worth it in my opinion. It is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the train station. Not far also to Haneda airport. About 40 min by train to downtown Tokyo."
