"On arrival carpets are badly stained and desperately need cleaned. The silicone in the shower has black mould - it needs replaced. Strong smell of spices in the fridge - needs a thorough clean. Washing machine has strong smell of mould - despite running a cycle, the strong smell was still there. The location is good and it does have private parking. The flat has potential if they cleaned it properly. They ask for a refundable deposit and an ID to stay. Since our departure and two emails later,...

"Stayed here for one night for business purposes. Wasn’t quite sure when I initially arrived, but was very pleasantly surprised! Had everything - TV, fridge (with milk!), ice, utensils, VERY COMFY DOUBLE bed, en-suite bathroom. Only drawback was there’s no terrestrial TV! Very very good place to stay though!"

Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. "Overall the property was all what we needed, with 2 bathrooms a bonus.A few minor issues, shower drip tray needs replacing, and slip mats needed in both bathrooms.A couple of fans would of come in handy with the weather being so hot, it was uncomfortable inside the apartment.Location was ideal, train and bus station 200 to 300 metres. Would recommend and would not hesitate to book a stay there again. "

"I had to call the company to check in. The hot water wasn't turned on, which we discovered the next morning, The washer dryer was broken, the TV screen had been smashed, the bathroom handle was dismantled, the external door lock jammed and we had to force our way out and it took two days to fix, the pots and pans were old and very limited for normal cooking. "
