"The grounds are stunning as you approach the hotel. Lots of parking which is always a plus. Reception staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately I booked this hotel to enjoy the spa facilities. I booked the day of the stay. When booking in, there were notices to advise the spa facilities were out of service. Extremely disappointed. If I had known this prior or been notified I would have changed my plans. The room it self was very nice, bed was comfortable."

The staff are always incredibly helpful, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to meet my requests and expectations. The location is also very convenient, particularly for commuting to Cambridge. The consistently good service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I would happily stay again."
