"The place was perfect. Only thing that was really annoying was the air conditioner being stuck at 23 degrees for the coldest setting. Too hot especially in summer, and made for an uncomfortable sleep"

"Airport shuttle was convenient, but we made an error by booking 2 nights here.. 1 night before a flight is best.. this is far from everything we did make the most if it by walking to Rinku beach at sunset. Nice mall at Rinku. The breakfast might be good for Japanese, not our thing.. free water first night only and no ice ??? I thought every hotel provides ice.. clean , large rooms, nut only 1 pillow, could use 2 pillows per bed.."

"Spacious, clean and quiet room with a Japanese style bathroom (Spa!?). Easy check in and check out at 11am (self or staff). A convenient location, 5min (cab)from JR Wakayama, half a block from the main street where all Izakaya, restaurants, bakery and convenience stores are. Walking distance from JR Wakayama. Friendly staffs on site!"
