"The only thing this hotel is missing is laundry facilities - other than that, it’s perfect! The staff were so friendly, breakfast every morning was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. It’s in a perfect spot for commuting into Tokyo, as the train station is only about a minute down the road. I would highly recommend this hotel to any tourists coming to Japan and wanting a nice, convenient place to stay."

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. "Location: very close to Omiya station (train station) so easy to get to Tokyo. We went directly from Haneda Airport by Airport Limousine and it took a bit longer due to the traffic. Breakfast: lots of various things to choose from. Very tasty. I couldn’t do the charge to the room and needed to pay in advance."
