A charming villa set in beautiful gardens with sea & mountain views

The Lodge is a pretty villa in a quiet residential area, not overlooked, set in beautiful gardens with its own private swimming pool (4x8m), in the foothills above Paphos and Coral Bay. WIFI and air-conditioning are included. It has two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. (2 bathrooms in total) There are beamed cathedral ceilings throughout the property making it feel light and spacious. Outside is a large shaded terrace overlooking the pool and a view of the sea. There is also an additional outdoor kitchen area with built-in barbeque and additional seating area.
The centre of Tala is a 10/15 minute walk away where you will find a small selection of traditional tavernas, bars, restaurants and small shops.

On your day of departure, if your flight is later in the day, it may be possible for you to stay at The Lodge later than the normal check out time but this needs to be agreed beforehand.
Installed for your safety are smoke alarm/detector and carbon-monoxide alarm. There is also a burglar alarm installed which is optional.

Lovely spacious villa with everything provided. Great view and a splendid pool which was a godsend in the heat. Very chilled country area. Kids had a great time too and Tala’s restaurants were fabulous. Not far from Paphos and Coral Bay so very well situated. All in all…fantastic.

This house is a home, its comfortable, clean, peaceful and very well placed for getting around. The owner and property managers can't do enough for you if needed. Would recommend staying here without hesitation. We had a lovely relaxing 3 week stay here.

I can say with confidence that this is one of the best stays I have had using any holiday home service. The home is quiet and tucked away in the hills of Tala. Myself, and my in-laws were there for a wedding in Paphos, and it was a perfect way to escape all the noise and have some quiet time for ourselves. The house is well appointed, and has all the amenities you could want. The check in process was very simple, and we really appreciate Melanie staying up late to let us in when our flight arrived later than expected. The whole stay was lovely. Highly recommend.

Everything was as described, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was more than we expected. The weather was very hot, averaged 38 degrees so walking about was kept to a minimum. Melanie and Paul were so helpful. It was one of the best villas we have stayed in

We had a good holiday in the Lodge. The house, garden and pool are all well maintained. You will find what is shown in the ad. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house when we arrived, though. The toilets, bathroom and kitchenware were not clean. Good quiet location close to the sea and shops.

Wow what can I say, the lodge is beautiful well positioned to explore the Island and although a car is not essential (only a short walk to Tala square) I would recommend it . The garden and pool area is spectacular and so private the villa as everything you require and more, but the highlight for us was meeting Vic and Hazel, what a wonderful couple they could not do enough for you, they are so kind and thoughtful and Andy's talks with Vic made his holiday ,what a lovely and interesting man .Thank you so much Deborah for helping everything to go without a hitch .paradise in Cyprus.

We have just returned home after having a wonderfully relaxing week at this property. This villa is charming, its set in a beautiful rural area, and is only minutes from Tala square which was a real gem to find being traditional and rustic offering fabulous food and local wine. The villa itself is spacious and has every possible thing you could need - a real home from home. We enjoyed eating and drinking on the terrace overlooking the pool with sights of the sea and glorious sunset in the distance, with only the noise of cicadas in the background . Upon arrival we were met by the owners, who are warm, friendly and happy to assist. Overall - we have had a glorious week and would recommend this place to all.

We have been visiting Tala for many years and have stayed in a wide variety of accommodation. I can honestly say that The Lodge is, without doubt, the cleanest, best kept & most beautiful property we have ever stayed in. So much so that we booked a return visit for next year whilst we were there! Deborah is a wonderful host. Always prompt to reply to emails and genuinely does all she can to make your stay easy and relaxed. The villa itself is well equipped with quality appliances and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool is beautiful and serviced twice a week and the garden is a joy. The location is quiet, secluded, not overlooked at all and has a beautiful view out to the ocean. Vic, Deborah ‘s father, only lives a few doors away and is a wonderful host who will meet you on arrival and is always on hand should you need anything. This villa, combined with Deborah and Vic’s desire to make it the perfect stay really makes this property a special find and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I am just back from one of the best holidays I have ever had. The Lodge is perfect for a relaxing get away. As a teacher I don't know why I have not done this before - away from the crowds and noise it was perfect. Being in the hills we had a pleasant breeze most days which made the heat of summer more enjoyable. The garden and pool were beautiful and we never tired from looking out at the sea from the veranda. The rooms in the Lodge I think are bigger than the photos suggest. The living room has a two and three seater sofa. There were more channels on the TV than I had a home and Mel was very good at explaining how you can watch catch up TV from the box. The bathrooms were very modern and clean ( and had mains sewerage which made things easier.) The drinking water tap in the kitchen was also another pleasant surprise. I really didn't want to come home.

Very peaceful location but still only 15 mins from Paphos. Beautiful gardens very private, great facilities. Stayed for a week wound of loved to have stayed longer 😂 Would recconend for sure. Get a car to get out a d explore. Good choice of restaurants nearly and Lidl supermarket is 10min drive away. A home from home but without the U.K. rain!

We stayed at this property for a week whilst visiting relatives in the area. The house itself is set away from other properties but within a 10 minute walk of bars and restaurants. The pool area and veranda are beautiful with views of the sea, the only sound we heard when sitting out here was the birds, incredible relaxing. The house itself is more a home than a rental, some may call it slightly old fashioned , but we found it really comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need , including pool toys and loads of loo roll! The super king bed was a great feature, really unusual in a rental and very comfortable The property managers met us on arrival and showed us around which was a nice touch. Probably one if the best holiday lets that we have stayed in and if relaxation and peace and quiet are what you are looking for this is definitely it!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huisje. Het huisje was gezellig ingericht, schoon, er waren fijne bedden, 2 mooie badkamers (altijd handig als je met meerdere mensen bent) en alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. De tuin was prachtig, goed onderhouden en er waren fijne plekjes om te zitten. Het zwembad was schoon en heerlijk om in af te koelen. Het huisje ligt op een rustige locatie maar alle plekken in de omgeving zijn prima te bereiken met de auto. Het contact met de eigenaar via de mail verliep prima. Ook de ontvangst voor de sleuteloverdracht en de uitleg over bepaalde zaken was erg prettig. Dit huisje is echt een aanrader als je graag in een rustige omgeving verblijft. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug als we nog een keer naar Cyprus gaan.

Roundabout the house it is very quiet , no big streets mostly nature . In the house you find everything you need and you can live like at home . we have been there the last week in march and the nights have been cold aboet 10 degrees . We could heat with the aircondition , and two electric ovens fastly . After coming from our daily tours , we don ´t want to leave the house and could relax there .

Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr schön, die Zimmer noch größer als auf den Fotos. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Fragen immer sofort geklärt. Man braucht aber unbedingt einen Leihwagen.

We had the pleasure of staying this week at the lodge and had an amazing experience. The property was well equipped and felt like a comfortable home rather than a cold rental property. The outdoor areas were wonderful and was great to come home after a day touring to swim in the pool and BBQ surrounded by the lush garden. Debbie was incredibly helpful during the booking process as were Melanie and Paul welcoming when we arrived. We would happily stay here again when visiting Cyprus! Thank you!

We had 2 weeks in the villa which was kitted out with everything we needed, one thing I would mention is the outsideTable and chairs were a bit dated and there were always ants all over it no matter if we washed it or not so was unsuitable for us plus we never liked the overgrown tree/creeper plant that was over the top of the pergola, as I say this it is a personal opinion and not a complaint, loved the pool and the location was walkable to Tala but needed a car to get to Coral bay and Paphos, Deborah the owner had great communication with us and was really helpfull with instructions, all in all a great place to stay
