"This hotel is exceptional. The common areas and rooms are gorgeous—modern, elegant, new, and spotless. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of major attractions. Service was impeccable throughout; every staff member I met was courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful. I loved the toiletries and the delicius  welcome treats in the room. I especially enjoyed the pool area for its design and ambiance. Unfortunately, the only drawback is that the pool is not heated, which limits enjoyment in cooler weather. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I fully recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays."
