"Worst room I have stayed at in all of Thailand it had micro mini bugs all over the room was gross I didn’t want to stay inside the bugs where too much . Other than that it would been nice but very far from all no 711 in sight . "

"Pros : Helpful staff. Water and cookies available to all in lobby. There’s a pool. There’s a shopping mall close. Cons : The “family room” is minuscule. We were two and had just enough space for us and luggage. There is no way a 4 people family could fit in there with luggage. We booked a ride to Koh Phi Phi from the hotel, the driver was late and it took 3 tries to book it as the computer & app didn’t work."

"I double booked and did not stay at this hotel because the other hotel is cleaner and newer but I checked the room and it's okay. What I remember is entering the hotel lobby, there's unpleasant smell. They have a spa and restaurant inside the hotel. "
