clean buy nothing more, with free car parking

2 adults + 13 age & 10 age kids with two separate rooms with a big bed size good, just the bed is not soft enough, my quiet room was on the top floor 8th at the corridor end, with a new washing machine free to use inside our room as photo shown. Only suggest if you rent car or motor bike, because not a walking distance to the town center, hotel staff is hard to find, we already lucky on check-in date, one staff is sitting on the reception politely bring us to the room, worst case was not easy to find the staff when check-out, we need to get the security in car park to call the staff come to lobby getting my room key return, even I whatsap the staff saying we need to check-out, no body response.

I hate this place.

As a hotel guest, you can't even use the gym there? What's the point of staying? Who would be stupid enough to pay 500 Baht extra a day for the stupid gym? Nobodyyyyyyy!!!!!

The room is quite clean and reasonable price but wehave to change a room due to the damage of air conditioning and the second day that I stay here , the power was suddenly off in the morning about an hour.

Hôtel appartement

L'appartement est très propre et semble presque neuf (meubles de chez IKEA :) ). On peut y vivre aisément sur une longue période de temps puisqu'il y a une kitchenette et même une laveuse ainsi qu'un séchoir ainsi que beaucoup de rangement (5/5 pour l'appartement). Le déjeuner inclus est froid et n'est vraiment pas bon, le jus quant à lui est chaud (1/5 pour nous l'offrir gratuitement)... La piscine est vraiment bien, excepté le fait qu'il n'y a que 4 chaises longues pour s'installer au soleil. En fait, il s'agit de la piscine du club sportif... plus propice à l'entrainement qu'à la relaxation. De plus, il y est interdit d'y fumer, boire et manger (3/5 pour la piscine)... Finalement, l'emplacement est super loin du centre de Phuket à environ une demi-heure de marche. Il faut définitivement un moyen de transport... et même en louant un scooter, il ne faut pas être quelqu'un qui aime faire la fête et conduire en fin de soirée (2/5 pour l'emplacement)

Great hotel

The hotel itself was really great. Quiet neighbourhood, clean room, nice facilities. It was like a new built apartment, and the staffs were really kind and friendly. There were pans and dishes, so you could cook your own food. There was a washing machine as well. The room was bright and clean. I really loved it. However, there was no wifi in the room-only at the lobby. And the biggest problem for me and my sister was the location. It is located in an isolated area-a very quiet area in Phuket Town, with no stores and restaurants around. It takes about 20-30 mins by walk to the center of Phuket Town. It's not a big problem for group travelers, men travelers, or travelers with car, but for women travelers like me and my sister, it was quite worrying to walk to the hotel after sunset. Since taxi fare in Phuket is quite high, we just bought our own food and walked to the hotel before it got darker and cooked our dinner. Without that one problem, the hotel was really good and recommendable. Everything else was fine.
