Disappointed with breakfast, arrived 25mins before end and very limited choices hot food, shortage of cutlery. Spoke to Hotel Staff on reception who advised ref best timings to ensure full menu available."

"We had a family room up on the top floor. It was so cosy and quirky and huge. The whole hotel had a beautiful ambience it felt so Christmassy with all the lights and the trees all very tastefully done. The staff was super friendly. We cannot wait to come back"
