"I had planned to eat in the dining room, but it had buffets for both dinner and breakfast and we tried it for dinner and the food was not good. So we had to drive 30 minutes for breakfast before a hike which was not planned- so don’t count on the food. Otherwise beautiful location beds were comfy. Also don’t count on a view, depending on the weather it could be completely foggy and you don’t even know there’s mountains."

"Such a fantastic place to stay. We loved the amenities - especially the wood fireplace. The host was incredibly communicative and check-in and check-out could not have been smoother. It’s a very quiet area with a really easy drive to get to the house. A surprisingly useful amenity was the desk! I ended up bringing a little work with me and having a space to work with solid WiFi was very helpful. Highly recommend it for couples or small families looking for an affordable and cozy getaway near Ellijay. If you are a couple looking for a work-cation - this spot is perfect."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this cute, quiet cabin. It is quite rustic, yet has beautiful, useful, modern conveniences as well. The host was available and helpful. We even had a some wild turkeys show up on the lawn. The host did suggest 4 wheel drive for going in and out on the gravel road. We made it in our Equinox,no problem, but could have benefitted by listening to their advice! What a great rental!"

"This cabin was very fun and well put together. It’s secluded so privacy is amazing. Some of the equipment was poor quality but very usable. The igloo is destroyed - broken plastic cover and broken plastic frame so the inside was all wet and that was not usable. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It would sink and gave us a back ache. Everything else was excellent!"
