"The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, good pool, service was good. I had one issue, my bed smelled like body odor really bad near the pillows. I went to the front desk and the manager, possibly the owner was friendly and apologetic and he csme up to the room and offered me new bed sheets or a new room since we had unpacked everything I choose the clean sheets which seemed to solve the problem, however in the morning the same section smelled and that's when i smelled the mattress which smelled of body oder, for the 2nd night i just slept on the 2 covers but because of the mattress the best score i can give is a good 4 stars otherwise it was a really good day and U did appreciate the manager trying to help and apologize."

"This hotel was so reasonable for the location. We loved walking the streets of Dahlonega and having our car parked in a coved space but part of hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved having a variety of pillows marked soft and firm. The decor was up-to-date. We had all we needed. Front desk was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants! The store personnel were so inviting around Dahlonega. We will come back. Soon I hope. PS The tubs looked new and were slick. We inquired about a tub mat but the desk person suggested a hand towel. It worked perfectly."

"Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok. They didn’t have anything for vegetarians, no flat bread toast, fresh oats or any vegetarian friendly stuff in the hot breakfast. The outdoor pool is there for namesake, it’s super small, not very clean and only up to 4 ft in depth. It was a large bathtub without a working security system accessible to pretty much anyone from outside the hotel."
