"This was honestly the best VRBO we have ever had. The place was cleaner than any other we've been in, very well appointed, and nice in literally every way. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic, and the view from the porch was awesome. We saw tons of wildlife and our favorite thing quickly became having our morning coffee and waiting to see what animals passed by. I cant say enough good about this place. The host was a great communicator and very pleasant to deal with."

If you don’t stay here and feel like you’re in a classroom with a huge library of reading material all around you then this place is not for you. There is reading material for all ages. Host had left a box of muffins as a welcome gift and a note with a contact name if we were interested in viewing the falls. Highly recommend this for the perfect weekend getaway."

"This darling little house is perfect for a single, couple, or small family. Looking somewhat rustic from the outside, indoors is all modern convenience. The host included lovely touches like snacks near the tv and wine and chocolates in the bedroom. He maintained good communication and answered questions quickly. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was quiet amd peaceful and just what we needed. We enjoyed fishing and caught some good sized catfish. We brought our yorkie and he had a blast as well. I had a hard time following the step by step directions on the tv and Mark was very pleasant and helpful when we had to call him. Great place to staywith a wonderful host."
