"Breakfast waffles were great, room couldn’t keep up on the AC side, housekeeping used the only one working elevator for their use while those of us trying to check out and leave, had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator. They also ignored teo requests for new towels."

"The food was good at the bar. Just know the updated nice room are on the foors 1 thru 15 . Unfortunately we had an old run down room when my sister had a complete re model lavish room. It was complete difference. When I check out and voice my concerns about the bathroom tub issues and the room itself the hotel manager really didn't care. So just as a heads up ask for the rooms on 1-15."
