The home was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. Would def recommend for families looking for a getaway."

The house was exactly as listed. The lake and dock were close and ideal for a summer vacation. The owner had a golf cart to use that was great to get to and from the dock. "This property was ok. There is alot that can be done better. Starting with getting the place cleaner than it was, spiders, roaches, and ants were all in the house. We could not even sit on the furniture outside because it was dirty and the roaches. They scattered when you went out but it was still bad. The place was a little clean but one of beds had ants in it and I had to pull the sheets off and wash them myself. The steps to the dock were so hard to get by because there were so many bees, 2...

"The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."
