"The room was ok. The bathroom made such loud noises coming from the Air-unit when we turned on the lights in the bathroom. We had to keep the light off during the entire stay because the loud noises were so disturbing, that it would have been impossible to sleep hearing that noise throughout the day or all night. The front desk receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming. On arrival the front desk, Receptionist had a conflict about us being checked-In early, but eventually it was resolved, but the experience made our first impressions very unpleasant. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning. When you work the front desk, this is a customer service position. If the front desk Representative doesn't want to work with the public, then they should not take the job. We won't be returning."

"I was on the 6th floor and my daughter left a little nachos in a closed container. When we got back, ants were on the bed,in my open suitcase,and on the dresser. We were exhausted, but had to pack everything up and move to a different room. They did give me a credit and the room was better. Just did not expect this especially on the 6th floor."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and prompt to help. Tyron was exceptionally very helpful."

"Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language. Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use. Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work. Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does that." Would stay there again."

"I went on vacation to Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta for a weekend. I arrived on Friday and was told that there was an event going on in the hotel and it would be noisy from 9:00-10:00am. Unfortunately, I must have stayed on the floor where most of the people from that event were staying. It was noisy on my floor and I could hear from the connecting door in my room , loud talking and hallway doors slamming till about 12:30 am . Then I would be waking up at 6:00 am by the same noise and commotion. It turned out to be a bad vacation because I did not rest and it was annoying to have so much noise around me. I am very disappointed with this stay. I just reached out to the hotel to file my second complaint . I already spoke to the front desk before checking out. I hope they reach out to me. "
