"I enjoyed my stay at WoodSpring Suites. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Being a female traveling alone, I felt safe. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5-star rating is because there is no hairdryer, coffeemaker, extra blankets or pillows in the room or anything in the kitchenette. You have to bring everything with you. Also, I am a Choice Hotels Member, and even though they are part of the Choice Hotels Family, they are not part of the rewards program. So I couldn’t upgrade my wifi or use other benefits from the rewards program."

"I didn’t like the fact that the whirlpool or Jacuzzi didn’t blow very well and there was no microwave which is need to be, and there were no tongs for the ice and check in and check out was too late and too early"

"La struttura era pulita, così come la camera. La vista era pazzesca. La cena era buona ma non c’era una vasta scelta. La colazione ci è piaciuta molto. Apprezzato che le bevande calde fossero gratuite, non è scontato. Buoni anche i cocktail. Il personale è cortese, soprattutto la ragazza della reception che mi ha indicato anche i vari Trail tra cui quello per le cascate"

"The treehouse was very secluded even though it was only 2 miles from downtown. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the creek. The treehouse was clean and well stocked. The host was quick to answer any questions."
