Great single family home. Open combo living/dining room, french doors opening on to a large deck. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees close in to town. Eat-in full kitchen with large refrigerator. Master bedroom with queen, firm mattress and laptop/work station. Guest bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. High speed 140 Mbps internet, 140+ channels, Netflix, Roku, Chromecast. Keurig coffee bar w/ free Keurig and drip coffee. Rental-only property for a clutter-free environment. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had enough room for everyone in our family. Loved the coffee and tea bar! In a great neighborhood, I would stay here again.

Very nice, quaint home in quiet, wooded neighborhood. Close to highway and shopping. We had an early Thanksgiving family gathering and the accommodations truly fit our needs.

Great house & location

This is an excellent property in a quiet, established neighborhood and super central! We stayed for an FSU game and it was perfect for 2 adults and two 17-year old boys. The house is very clean, very well appointed, and very comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.
